Colorado Fly & Spin Fishing Vacation

The Arkansas & Colorado Rivers have hundreds of miles of floatable water in Colorado and boast some fantastic fly and spin fishing. You’ll find plenty of variety, with endless riffles, runs, pools, undercuts, and overhanging brush. Most of the catch will consist of brown trout, with an occasional rainbow or cutthroat trout. Each day is different, and to make for the best possible trip your guide often waits until the last minute to decide your best fishing location. Waders included on all trips. Fly rod and flies not included; both are available at the AVA Outpost. A Colorado fishing license is required.

Our Fly Fishing Guides are seasoned professionals, providing expert instruction and excellent angling opportunities. Our Fishing Guides exceed Colorado River guide requirements and have a lifetime of fishing experience. All anglers are welcome, from never-ever to advanced. We will cater to your needs, paying attention to detail, with finding fish in mind.
