There is just enough time to warm up before you drop into the first Class IV rapid on this thrilling stretch of Clear Creek river rafting! Just minutes from Denver, this continuous, steep, technical section will keep your paddle moving and your heart pounding as you crash through Class III-IV rapids such as Nomad and Phoenix Holes and Outer Limits.

Our Clear Creek Outpost is based in the historic mining town of Idaho Springs. Located just off Interstate 70 and under 40 minutes from Denver, this Clear Creek river rafting trip is perfect for those looking for a whitewater rafting adventure close to the Front Range, Winter Park or Summit County!

Our zip line course is perched above our Idaho Springs office just 30 minutes outside of Denver. After a scenic nature hike to get to the start of the course, take on six zips of varying length through the trees and cliffs before crossing over Chicago Creek for an exhilarating finish. Next, get ready to conquer some of the most intense whitewater on Clear Creek! Starting high in the canyon, there’s just enough time to warm up before you drop into the first class IV rapid.
