This amazing Italian/American restaurant is located on Miner St in Idaho Springs. With almost 1500 reviews on Tripadvisor this is definitely a must-try place to dine. Some have referred to it as having “Pizza of the Gods” and that it’s a “True Colorado gem.”  Between the delicious pizza and amazing wait-staff it’s safe to say that dining here can add a wonderful little pit stop to your trip!

If you’re an avid BBQ fanatic like myself then I highly recommend stopping by this mouthwatering BBQ joint. This local restaurant offers an awesome outdoor seating area that’s close to the beautiful Clear Creek river. With phenomenal service, flavorsome food, and a convenient location, Smokin Yard’s BBQ would add an amazing addition to any of our AVA trips!
