Itinerary

Arrival Day – Taos

Welcome to Taos, a high-desert town famed for adobe architecture, a vibrant arts scene, and its historic plaza. After settling in, wander galleries and shops, then savor classic Northern New Mexican cuisine before the rides begin.

Day 1 – Taos Loop Ride

Ease into the trip with a scenic loop from Taos across quiet backroads and light gravel spurs, with big views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains around every bend. Photo stops might include the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, roadside chapels, and traditional villages that showcase the region’s deep cultural roots. Our support van is nearby for water, snacks, or a lift if you want to shorten the day. Return to Taos for an evening of dining and live music on the plaza. (Approx. 25–35 miles)

Day 2 – Taos to Santa Fe

Head south through rolling high-desert mesa country, framed by blue-sky horizons and distant peaks. We’ll pick you up and shuttle you to the trailhead in Santa Fe to start the ride. Depending on conditions and preference, we can thread sections of the High Road corridor—known for weaving villages, historic churches, and artisan studios—or keep to smoother pavement for steady cruising. With van support for regrouping or shuttling a segment, every rider can tailor their effort and still roll triumphantly into Santa Fe by late afternoon. Settle in for two nights near the city’s famed plaza and culinary scene. (Approx. 30 miles, with shuttle options available)

Day 3 – Santa Fe Loop Ride

Cap your adventure with a flexible loop out of Santa Fe, tracing seasonal routes through piñon- and juniper-dotted foothills and open rangeland. Expect long views, quiet byways, and a relaxed rhythm perfect for one last spin. After the ride, dive into Santa Fe’s cultural treasures—museums, galleries, and artisan markets—or toast the trip with chile-forward cuisine and a sunset stroll. (Approx. 20–30 miles)

Departure Day – Santa Fe

Enjoy a slow morning—coffee on the plaza, last-minute gallery stops—before departing, wrapped in the colors and flavors of the Southwest.
