Rocky Mountain National Park Tour Itinerary

1. Pickup & Scenic Drive to the Mountains

Begin your day with pickup from Denver or the Front Range and enjoy a relaxing drive through Boulder and into the foothills. Your guide will share local insights as you make your way toward the Rockies.

2. Estes Park Stop

Arrive in the charming mountain town of Estes Park, where you’ll have time to explore, grab a coffee, or take in your first views of Rocky Mountain National Park.

3. Rocky Mountain National Park Exploration

Enter the park and experience its most iconic highlights, including scenic overlooks, alpine lakes, and wildlife viewing areas. You’ll make several stops for photos and short walks at locations like Bear Lake, Moraine Park, or other top viewpoints depending on conditions.

4. Trail Ridge Road & Alpine Tundra (Seasonal)

Travel above treeline on Trail Ridge Road (when open), one of the highest paved roads in North America. Take in sweeping views of the Continental Divide and experience the unique alpine tundra environment.

5. Lunch Break

Enjoy time for lunch either in Estes Park or at a scenic picnic spot inside the park, depending on the day’s flow and season.

6. Return to Denver

Relax on the scenic drive back, with additional views and stories from your guide before drop-off at your original pickup location.
