Assistant Operations Manager
Blair Woodward
If you're looking for Blair, stop by the Idaho Springs outpost. She started in the rafting industry five years ago. Blair moved to Colorado for the winter sports, but her "family" at AVA has taught her to play catch-up and enjoy summer sports that she's missed out on. Her favorite downtime activity will always be napping... but she also loves skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, brewery tours, bouldering, rock hounding, hot springs soaking, and she just inherited her very first fly rod/reel. For her, it's always been the people at AVA that bring her back to the company each summer.
Raft Guide
Shaun Lammert
Shaun moved to Colorado after he went on a snowboard trip and fell in love with the state. Now he bounces around to different ski resorts every winter and travels the world rafting as well.
River Guide
Bobby Riley
Bobby's proximity to Clear Creek growing up played a huge role in getting him interested in rafting. He's been on the water for four years now and loves it.
Zipline Guide
Luke “Peebers” Pabst
When asked what initially got Luke into aerial adventures, his reply was "I used to make my own zipline in high school across the creek." He loves going fast in the air and being outside, and his favorite part about AVA is the camaraderie with his coworkers.
River Guide
Chris Thomas
Growing up in Fort Collins, Chris had a friend that was working for a rafting company in his hometown which sparked his interest in the sport. Chris likes working for AVA because "the people that work here are pretty awesome", and he hopes to keep guiding for at least the next few years.
