It is rafting season and now is the best time to go!  Before you head out, let's take a look at the  water conditions so we can plan accordingly. At our outposts in Idaho Springs, Granite and Kremmling we have been monitoring the water level closely to ensure everyone's safety and a great time on the river. Here are the most current river conditions at our outposts.

Granite Outpost, where we run trips on Arkansas River, is one of the most popular rivers to raft on. The river offers a lot of rafting options from beginner, intermediate and advanced sections. Normally Browns is running at 900cfs. Currently, it is running at 5,400cfs! With the high water, Browns is running at a class IV level and our normal class Vs are too high to run commercially. However, a great class V option is the Whitewater Marathon, which is available for a full day of awesomeness!

River Conditions

At the Idaho Springs Outpost the ample amount of snow melt and rainfall have really made Clear Creek raging! Beginner, intermediate and advance rafting trips are super pumping right now!

The Upper Colorado section in Kremmling is also experiencing high water. Our normally mellow run is now filled with splashy holes and fun filled ways. With cliff jumping and hot springs along the way, this trip is great for families with little ones.
