On Your Horseback Waterfall Adventure

Overview
Just 30 minutes from our Granite Outpost, the 2-hour Mt. Princeton Stables horseback ride is the perfect way to spend a morning or afternoon near Buena Vista and Salida. The Arkansas Valley is lined with 15 14,000-foot peaks – the most in one concentration in Colorado – which makes for one of the most scenic locations for a Colorado horseback ride. You’ll get views of Mt. Princeton, Mt. Yale, Ht. Harvard and Mt. Antero on this ride.
This 2-hour ride has an option for novice or advanced riders, getting you out on different terrain based on your skill levels.
A horseback ride gives you that “real West” adventure you’re seeking in the mountains of Colorado.
