Blue River Bistro

If I could start every morning off with Blue River Bistro’s short rib hash, trust me, I would. Affectionately known as “The Bistro”, this hot-spot is located on the north end of Main Street near Watson Avenue. Prepare for a tough decision, as the menu is jam-packed with some incredible dishes. Looking for a brunch with a Mexican twist? All you need is the red chilaquiles! If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, give the lox eggs benedict a try. No matter what you settle on, you won’t walk away from The Bistro hungry!

Park & Main

Head to the southern end of Main Street for another delicious brunch from Park & Main. Enjoy everything from a traditional pancake breakfast to your choice of baked goods or oatmeal. Treat yourself to the delicious Biscuits & Gravy, or branch out with the Fried Egg, Ham & Cheese featuring prosciutto, fried egg, gruyere, fresh tomato and a grilled brioche roll. Park & Main’s brunch menu is sure to please!

BoLD

BoLD is located in the village of Breckenridge and is your go-to spot for some delicious bloody marys, spectacular views and incredible food. Sit outside on the deck and take in the sites as you enjoy a chicken fried steak, shrimp & grits or a pork belly benedict. Looking for something a little sweeter? Check out their variety of waffles, including the s’mores waffle with chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker all stuffed in a Belgian waffle. You can also give the “a date with bacon” French toast a try. This French toast is stuffed with bacon, dates and mascarpone cheese. Ahem, I’ll take two, please.

The Columbine Café

This town favorite is located in the heart of Breck. Choose from a variety of traditional breakfast favorites, including benedicts, pancakes and more. The Columbine Cafe known to fill up quickly, but the food is well worth the wait.
