When staying in Cheyenne, Wyoming you have the opportunity to experience both Colorado and Wyoming, two of the most beautiful states in the nation. After a long week of hiking, fishing and checking out some attractions such as The Big Boots and Cheyenne Gunslingers, make the short drive to Colorado and check out some world class whitewater. There are two locations that will be fairly close to Cheyenne, one being our Idaho Springs location at about two hours away and the other being our Kremmling location at just under three hours away. Colorado and Wyoming offer many outdoor activities for winters and summers; these include rafting, ziplining, hiking, snowboarding and fly fishing. Many of these activities have pristine locations in both Colorado and Wyoming, but when choosing a rafting trip make sure you head south for unparalleled excitement and scenery. Our Idaho Springs location will offer several different rafting trips and trip times ranging from beginner to advanced and starting as early as 8 A.M. with our last trip time at 5 P.M.. This location will also offer ATV tours, ziplining and historic train rides on the Georgetown loop. Our Kremmling location will offer our most mild and most wild rafting trips with the family-friendly Upper Colorado Float (Class I-II) and high adrenaline Gore Canyon trip (Class V). Our Kremmling location will also boast rafting, kayaking, and stand up paddleboards well into October!
When interested in a multi-day rafting voyage the best trips are our three day Mild to Wild and 24-hours in Browns Canyon out of our Granite outpost, as well as our three day Upper Colorado Float trip at our Kremmling location.
